Clint helped me out first by asking me what I was looking for (firm, medium, plush) and let me take my time trying out many varieties of mattresses. He also informed me about Factory Outlet options for returned and fully sanitized mattresses. Fantastic customer service, no pressure, very knowledgeable and great personality! Delivery date later than originally scheduled. When the mattress was delivered it was a full not the correct size. Wrong address on file after correcting it twice as well.
