I was greeted very friendly and I feel the salesman help me select what I told him I needed l, I will recommend this location to my friends and family just because it was a pleasant shopping for mattress experience
Super friendly and they let me take my time.
No issue specifically with the location but the company as a whole. It was ordered online with instal and removal upon inspection of the box spring I had already I realized there wasn't any issue with my curent mattress but with the box spring so I first called the bs 1800 number which is no help any more than the stupid online chat feature then called the store talked to them and then the delivery driver when they got here that I was changing it to a drop off instead so they dropped off the mattress outside with no haul off... read more
