Walked in and was immediately met with Chad. Very friendly guy and knowledgeable guy. He asked all the right questions about what i was looking for. I could tell he wanted to find me the best possible mattress for me. He was very upfront about pricing and policies. He also wasn't trying to upsell me a more expensive mattress.
