We had a great experience with Matress Firm in Taylors. Chad was our Sleep Expert and asked us a lot of questions to determine which mattresses would be good options for us. He chose different types of mattresses and had us try each one. After we had picked our favorite, he gave us different options based on our budget. He was very knowledgeable, personable and not pushy. We would definitely recommend Matress Firm and Chad for anyone looking to buy a new mattress!

We went in knowing what we wanted and Chad was incredibly helpful while respecting our choice without being pushy or trying to upsell us unnecessarily. He offered fantastic information about the mattress protection plan, again, without being pushy. We are super happy with our experience today.
