Was heading to Kanes furniture, when I noticed Mattress Firm next door. Went in, as I had purchased a mattress from them several years ago. DYLAN greeting me. I told him exactly what I wanted. He is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and not pushy!! He showed me what I needed and....sale done!! He allowed me to make my own decision. Great experience.
Wonderful service, Frankie was the man! My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for weeks, and we finally trekked to the store and tried things out. Frankie took us through every option And patiently explained all the differences in the mattresses. He KNOWS his stuff, there wasnt pressue, and it was refreshing to have someone help you that genuinely cared.
