Adam greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was friendly without being pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had and was able to help me get exactly what I needed. I work in real estate and will recommend Mattress firm to anyone looking.
I had the best sales girl, Kirsten! She was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. She even offered to help walk me through the purchase process if I needed help as I'm not very good with electronics. I also called back and spoke with Adam and he too was as helpful and pleasant. Great employees that made it a great experience to shop there.
Adam provided exceptional service! He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions without making us feel pressured or overwhelmed. He created a relaxed environment, giving us the space to explore and make the right decision for ourselves. Even our toddler felt at ease thanks to the calm and inviting atmosphere Adam fostered. We truly appreciated his professionalism and genuine approach. It made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free!
