The Salesman was very professional and kind. But The mattress that we were very excited about that we got on sale, turned out to be very disappointing because when we unloaded it, we found a big tear on the back of it that had been taped with duct tape. So I didn’t really call that just a sale. I was not told that we were buying a damaged mattress.
I purchased a Beautyrest Black Plus Hybrid mattress a couple of years ago from this location, which came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, the mattress has become increasingly uncomfortable over time. It never broke in, and at this point, it’s so painful to sleep on that it’s essentially unusable. After doing my own research, I found that this particular model is known to have manufacturing defects and failing anfter a couple of years of use—issues that the company appears to have addressed in the newer series.
