In summary, they do everything possible to avoid honoring their warranty claims. We have purchased two mattresses and an adjustable base from them totaling around $8K. After experiencing a side foam separation issue on our Purple 4 Hybrid mattress, they denied our claim without clarifying the details or providing any way to respond to their denial - and sent the denial from message from a “no reply” email address. Their “warranty” for the Purple Mattress might as well be false advertising. I found that out the hard way. Go somewhere else.
