Sales associate did not include the free adjustable frame on the order paperwork. We received delivery of the mattress only. When we asked the delivery team about the frame they gave us the impression some other group would be delivering it. It never turned up. Long story short we are sleeping on the floor now for what will be a week. No one in this scenario was proactive in addressing the issue.
