Sales associate did not include the free adjustable frame on the order paperwork. We received delivery of the mattress only. When we asked the delivery team about the frame they gave us the impression some other group would be delivering it. It never turned up. Long story short we are sleeping on the floor now for what will be a week. No one in this scenario was proactive in addressing the issue. I was helped by Faith today and had a great experience shopping for a new mattress. This was my first time mattress shopping. Faith was super helpful in picking out a bunch for me to try and explaining the differences in them. I was very appreciative of her patience and knowledge in helping me pick out the best one for me! I would certainly recommend checking out this location if you are interested in a new mattress!

This was our second visit to Mattress Firm. The first time we went to Beaver Creek in Apex. In both stores we dealt with Trevor. He showed tremendous patience with us, answering our endless questions. He listened carefully to our concerns and needs and showed us appropriate options. He explained the pros and cons to us. Between our visits I texted and emailed him with yet more questions. His response was quick every time. Both stores were clean and inviting. This was a great mattress shopping experience all the way around.

Naeem was very nice and very helpful as I looked at mattress in the store. I actually went in just to look but ended up purchasing a mattress because of his great customer service!
