Purchasing a mattress was easier than I thought. No pressure, all options including warranties, fabrics, firmness were explained to me in a nice atmosphere with a friendly representative-Gem
Justin, and Gem were super nice and informative, and patient, not pushy. On multiple visits while we tested and compared mattresses and deliberated. They also let us know of the upcoming sale, which would’ve been applied later due to price matching, but helped us consider the cost savings upfront. Would recommend. Edited to fix mistake in Justin’s name, my bad! He was so great too, super patient.
Lauren was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the products inside and out! Lauren was very attentive, listening intently to my needs and concerns which lead to a personalized shopping experience that lead me to achieving my precise goals! When you go, definitely ask for Lauren!!!
