Sales people were super nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses.
Our experience at mattress firm was nothing but excellent. We were greeted, helped through the choices of our new bed, given lots of incentives, and we were totally satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism and knowledge of our sales person. Geoffrey was extremely helpful and attentive. The mattress worked out great. However, the following week I received a quote for someone else’s mattress. It felt like a scam and I was going to pay another $509 for a mattress that I did not order. I was alarmed. It looked like an invoice. Although the manager cleared it up and declared a mistake after I called and pressed her to do so. She NEVER EVER apologized or said she was sorry. That’s what made me give this score.
