My experience with the Mattress Firm store in Quincy was great! The salesperson, Suzanne, was so friendly and professional. She listened to me and suggested different beds that she felt would fit my needs. When I settled on one she did everything possible to make sure I was able to get it on my terms. She made everything so easy and I recommend her if you want a great experience without pressure.
Our associate was great, she was informative and extremely helpful. She was not pushy and gave us enough space. I have purchased several mattresses from this location, I will go back for sure.
My son was in need of a twin-size mattress, and during our visit to the store, he found one that he really liked. The mattress was on sale, offering a great value, and the price was very reasonable. We also appreciated the free delivery service. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the mattress and the excellent customer service we received."
