Antanique was exceptionally helpful, kind and professional!! She made this transaction very easy for me. Looking forward to getting my new mattress.
My overall experience with this location was excellent, Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful in making sure that I picked out the mattress that was right for me. I will definitely recommend this store location and Annie to anyone on Staten Island looking for a mattress in the future. Thank you Mattress Firm for always being there when I needed a new mattress. the first thing i don’t like is that my name is Joanie or Joan not joann which is what you put here. 2nd thing is i’m wondering why i was only shown temperpedic beds, when there was also Sealy Posturepedic to consider ? however our salesperson Annie was extremely professional and friendly
My experience at Mattress Form was wonderful!! Maura was very helpful, along with Alexander and Annie the store manager! Very happy with my purchase and the financing process was a great option for me. I recommend this store to everyone!!
