I went shopping for a new mattress and stopped in a couple of different places. The last place was mattress firm in Coeur d'Alene. Michelle the salesperson was very informative very pleasant and easy to talk to. She did not push me into purchasing something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Gave information on corrective sleeping habits and a lot of information on the different mattresses. Went to buy a mattress for my daughter but also mentioned my husband and I need a new one at a later date. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the science into getting the right mattress for us without the pressure of a salesperson. She seems like a truly genuine person and was very pleasant to talk with. I really enjoyed my experience and now know I'll be going back there to get our next mattress.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales
I purchased a new bed about forty days ago.And it just wasn't comfortable, and I went back in to do their sleep guarantee.And it was going to end up being a hassle, but the lady was so kind and took such great care of me.And stood behind their guarantee and I got the new one delivered today to see if it will be more comfortable for me.And help me sleep better.I would totally recommend going to the CDA store.It was wonderful. THE STAFF WAS GREAT.
