Wonderful customer service
Found the mattress on the website, went in and purchased in store. Very easy process overall.
While the prices were great, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I was only able to reserve a mattress online; I wasn’t able to complete the purchase. I received an email at 8 AM stating that I would be contacted once the mattress was ready at the store. By 2 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the store and spoke with Andrew.
