What an AWFUL experience! I bought a King size Simmons mattress and box spring from the Mattress Firm store on Rush Steeet and Chicago Avenue, on a Tuesday, for ~$2,200. I have a young son with a new house who needed a bed so I arranged for him to pick-up my old bed, mattress and box spring Friday morning and asked Mattress Firm to deliver the new mattress and box spring Friday also...to coordinate with delivery of a new bed also being delivered Friday.
