My husband and I had an incredibly positive experience purchasing a mattress and base, which is a 21st century motorized version of a boxspring which provides ultimate comfort! Our sales person, named Ana, was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and fun to be with. She assessed our needs through intelligent observation and questioning, along with true expertise and experience regarding the products and customers. I highly recommend this establishment when purchasing a bed.
Dylan was top of the line. Very patient and was genuinely invested in my experience, answered all my questions, wanted me to be comfortable and was very clear on the terms, and differences on the mattresses. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve never been to really a mattress store in the last 20 years a this was some of the best customer service you could ask for in any industry, and I’m glad I walked into this one place in Mount Kisco on this day.
