The process was quick and easy. Chris was helpful and knowledgeable.
My wife and I needed a new mattress and when we walked into the store we really didn't know what we were looking for. Luckily Gus was there to walk us around the options. He explained the differences in mattresses and didn't try to push us into one brand or another. I feel like he made it a point to ask us what we needed, not what he needed to sell. In the end, we walked out very happy and our delivery set. Thanks Gus.
