Professional and reliable
I’ve had 2 mattresses from mattress firm so far. Both have caused me agonizing back pain for the last 6 months because they were SO much firmer than the ones in store (which have been “broken in”) - I spent hours testing in store thinking “these are comfortable!” just to realize, when the actual mattress is delivered, that it immediately causes me discomfort to lie on them.
