Sam greeted me in a very friendly manner. He asked questions to find out how I slept, why I was looking for a mattress at this time, what firmness I thought I wanted. From there Sam had me try several brands in the firmness I liked so I could compare all variations of firm. This allowed me to make an informed choice.
