We had a great experience with Jim while choosing a new mattress. It’s sort of a big decision (and investment 😊) so his expertise (he knows everything about mattresses, even the ones he doesn’t sell), along with his great customer service was greatly appreciated. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for a new mattress!
