First time stepping foot in Mattress Firm and my experience was great! Dana was awesome at helping me pick out a nice mattress for my son and was very friendly! I loved how she also made my kids feel like a customer as well :) lastly I love that their delivery dept works with YOUR schedule and will call you ahead of time/the day before to let you know when their coming.
