Frank was exceptionally nice, and professional and knowledgeable. We had a great experience purchasing and arranging for delivery of a new bed. The price was right too. We’ve hired sales people, and would definitely hire Frank. This is the second bed I’ve bought from Mattress Firm- it’s a great store.
I had a very pleasant experience. Frank was our sales representative and he was magnificent. He was very knowledgeable about all the products that were available in the store. He was very easy to work with. My daughter was not sure what she wanted and he allowed her to try different mattresses until she found the perfect one.
Very knowledgeable assistants. Helped me to find the right bed for me. They weren't pushy let me look for myself to find something in my price range
