Mattress Firm has ample parking and is right across from Bob's Furniture and Trader Joe's. It is in an office building and I followed the signs to go upstairs. If I had parked in the back, the entrance leads directly into the second floor. Howard immediately stood up from his desk and greeted me when I came in. I told him I wanted a pillow, preferably one they have in stock. He lead me around to mattresses and had me try out the pillows. He asked questions like, "Are you a side sleeper?"
