Great shopping experience with Mattress Firm in southern Oregon. Isaac was friendly, knowledgeable and patient!!!!
Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable. Got exactly what I was looking for.
They were very helpful and treated us with patience and courtesy. It was a good experience and we were able to purchase exactly what we needed. If you are looking for a bed this is the place to go.
Isaac was so helpful: he listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell or push anything additional during the interaction, which I appreciate. He answered all my questions and was respectful, friendly and professional. I got exactly what I needed without spending a ton of time in the store. Thank you!
Incredible service with great deals! Chris was very helpful in moving forward my deal for a mattress and adjustable frame!
