Once mattress was purchased and brought home I called to inquire about possibly exchanging the mattress in case it didn’t work out. He let me know there would be a $250 charge to exchange any mattress with them if we don’t like it. The cost of the bed was $260.. and hasn’t even been removed from the plastic. I have had mattress exchanges from other stores for more expensive, bigger beds; and there was no extra charges or fees.
