I wanted to leave a review, but didn't see a place to do it. I purchased a bed over the phone (we tried it out in another store, but then purchased at Mattress Firm) my husband and I ended up hating it. I called the salesman Chase back to let him know that we just couldn't keep it. He very easily could have told me that there wasn't anything he could do, but instead he got right on it and I got a call back from him when he said he would call. My salesman, Robert C. Davis, was courteous, helpful and also got me a great price!! I would recommend Mattress Firm and the Ramsey location to anyone shopping for bedding.
I had to give them 1 star since that's the lowest I could go. Don't stop there, someone tells you go there turn around and run. I have no one to blame but myself. Normally I always check the reviews and the one time I didn't, I got shafted I paid twice the price and got a sorry mattress It started out okay and along pass what they said was past the 100 day mark it went downhill.
