We met with Willie who was very knowledgable about the selection of mattresses and what’s best for my son. He is the Wirecutter of the mattress works - questions such as is he a stomach, back or side sleeper? We eliminated one at a time and settled on what he thinks is best. Great service. Expeditious delivery. Highly recommend.
Lovely salesperson, Raz, greeted me when I walked in, and was very helpful, not overbearing at all. I found what I was looking for, and she answered all my questions. She presented me with options, and made it easy to purchase. The store isn’t huge, but it’s well laid out, and lots of choices. Can’t wait for our new mattresses to come!
Called Marvin this morning was there by 4:30 was in and out by 5:30 absolute exceptional customer service, helpful, kind friendly couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. I’m grateful that there are still brick and mortar stores in our neighborhoods that we can shop at that make us feel comfortable enough to spend two grand in an hour. Thank you, Marvin and thank you Matress firm for hiring such a great employee
