The manager, Jen, helped my find a GREAT mattress for a great price. The mattress was originally $1500, i got it for $530 because of a crazy good sale. I’m so excited for the new mattress, she made the process extremely easy for me. THANK YOU JEN
I paid this business to come and setup an adjustable frame. The problem is the people they hired to do it was a third party, they told me that the remote was not working and said that I would need a new frame. So when I talked to mattress firm about the issue to customer, service rep asked me where was the remote to the adjustable bed, and I informed him that the people he sent out did not lead the remote.
