The sales associate was hekpful during our selection process. However when we were paying, hidden charges for exrra mattress protection was added. When we questioned why the total price was nuch higher he said it was delivery charge. The total still did not match what I calculated so i asked for an itemized bill. It was then where the extra unauthorized charge of $99 was shown. He then refused to refund the extra $99 until after delivery. I am not sure if this is actually going to happen.
