Service was great , Candace was very friendly and helpful, showed me and my wife all of the options helped us walk out with mattress that day ( literally she and I carried it upstairs ) would 100% recommend this location to friends and family.
A 45 minute wait at the warehouse with no one else waiting. This was for a bed frame. No one answered the door after they took my paperwork and no one answered the phone . Absolutely horrible customer service.I finally called the store and they managed to get someone to tell them I was waiting. I don’t generally review but I’m really annoyed that they left me hanging that long and there was no way to communicate with them.
Excellent sales associate who was receptive and understood our needs. Very happy with our purchase! Highly recommend!
