I was shopping for a new bed frame and mattress for my son and stopped here at Mattress Firm. It was a very smooth experience. They attended me right away and I was able to take home my mattress the same day.
service was great was allowed to play with building blocks and test all the beds Brittany was the best very nice and patient towards my dumb questions
Amazing Kentonya, she's been great help She was able to help me out with the delivery options Great communication skills And am glad she was ready to accept new customer at the end of the shift 5 stars to Kentonya I was able to finish my transaction in few mins, she hornered everything that was written in the store or as in general policy
