We did get a different box springs than expected , we needed lower profile, called them and with out hesitation they apologized said they would take of that for us ! And Bring it out to us.

Our salesman has a great attitude and spent all the time needed to make a sale only to find out the company could not find a warehouse for the bed and mattress that my brother-in-law wanted. When you have someone work as hard to make a sale only have that kind if glitch that stops the sale is very uncalled for. Mike was our salesperson and did everything he could to get the bed to Kentucky. I ended up getting what I needed and I will go back if I need something else. Thank you Mike.
