We had a very positive experience with Tony and his team at the Waltham Mattress Firm. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Not pushy at all, thoughtful about recommendations, and clear and direct. We will definitely being go back as our needs dictate.

I was recieved by a wonderful man Tony. He was such a delight to deal with, and was not pushey at all. He gave me personal, one on one attention, and explained everything I needed to know about the different mattresses . I felt the price he gave me was excellent!
