I had an amazing experience. The movers were very respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers without me having to ask. The guys took time to ensure the mattress was properly placed on the bed. I rate this crew 5 stars.

Shopping at Mattress Firm was a delight. The salesman Rod was awesome. He was not pushy about anything. He simply showed me the menu and I sank into a DreamCloud PressureSmart Plush Pillow Top and decided to add on an adjustable frame for it. I layed on quite a few beds there and knew I wanted something soft as I am a side sleeper. Financing was a breeze as I ordered sunday night July 26th at 5pm. Excellent store! Eric, the store associate was awesome too, very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. We were able to shop and try out different beds at our pace. We chose a Temper-Pedic, mattress cover and a Temper-Pedic pillow.
