We had a great experience laying around on all the different mattresses. Our sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly
Adele is so informative and kind, she let us try different options based on our feedback and made suggestions based on our sleep patterns and needs. She also worked with our situation when we mentioned we'd be closing on our new home a week after visiting the store and wouldn't be able to have the purchase or delivery done right away. I'm sad we don't need a second bed because I would definitely go back to her!
I will give the experience five stars (Adele was my rep and she was very good). The price was very high, but I believe it will be good quality -so, I'm dropping the rating to four stars only because of the cost.
I was very satisfied with the sevice.
