Just moved to Madison and after a long week of cleaning, moving, squaring things away, my husband, myself, and our 3 children walked in to this store in our casual wear. We could tell we weren’t important enough or looking like we’re rich enough to be helped so we left. We have a $10,000 budget for mattresses right now. Big mistake, Big, huge!! We have to go shopping now… elsewhere.

Mr. Thompson was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Our purchase required a delivery to another city and he was more than accommodating for our needs. He stayed in touch and called to confirm delivery. He was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend Mattress Firm Madison, MS 10/10. We will be back for our future needs!
