Brandon was incredibly helpful, he listened and noted what I was looking for. Made the entire experience very easy, and once I decided on my mattress the checkout process was fast and simple! I cannot recommend this store enough!
I was at mattress firm a year ago. I worked with Bill to find the best bed for me. I was not ready at the time to purchase due to the bed I picked out. Bill did not make me feel bad for really wasting his time. Today I was ready to make the purchase but Bill was at another store but Brandon Furbush was there. Fantastic service once again. Eric Cardinal and team in Concord were fantastic. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Natalie was our rep on Loudon Road, Concord NH and she was able to answer all questions we had. Would 100% recommend this store and if we ever need another mattress, I know where to go back! 10/10
