I could not get help online after ordering my mattress and box spring online using the chat. I decided to go into the Lincolnwood store and they were so kind to help me sort everything out, not try to upsell me for a refund and exchange to get the right size box spring. Will always go into the store for future purchases, particularly this location.

I had the best experience with Mattress Firm at the Touhy Avenue location! The rep who helped me was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He scheduled a next-day delivery for me which I did not expect. Great service in the store. The delivery was made as scheduled, and the team was expedient. Everything went perfectly. The mattress has been wonderful. It was exactly what I was looking for to replace my old mattress. Thank you, Mattress Firm team!!!

I had ordered a bed in a box and was pretty unhappy with it so I went on the hunt for a traditional mattress. Walking in the door I was immediately met by Sohail and he made my shopping experience very pleasant.
