We had a great experience at the store. We came in just to buy replacement bed parts. They did try a soft upsell, but when they realized we would not be interested they did back off immediately, which was greatly appreciated. I was thrilled we were able to successfully source the parts we needed and then we were able to get free delivery, which was so helpful considering our tight budget. I did my order online so I went into my neighborhood store to test the mattress quality before purchase I met the sale person Alex who helped me on test the mattress before purchase great customer service . It’s delivery day and for some reason I missed the delivery how I would never know!!
