I went to the Mattress Firm store on Touhy Ave today & bought a bed. I was greeted immediately with a welcome & a warm smile. I appreciated Alicia’s immediate greeting, her friendliness, professionalism, knowledge base & her encouragement to make sure I tried positions that I usually sleep in on both the M and F mattresses before making a decision about which of the 2 beds to choose. She also suggested I try both the Beauty Rest Black as well as the Temperpedic, so I could actually experience the difference between the beds.... read more
