I could not get help online after ordering my mattress and box spring online using the chat. I decided to go into the Lincolnwood store and they were so kind to help me sort everything out, not try to upsell me for a refund and exchange to get the right size box spring. Will always go into the store for future purchases, particularly this location.

He scheduled a next-day delivery for me which I did not expect. Great service in the store. The delivery was made as scheduled, and the team was expedient. Everything went perfectly.
