Great staff, great store. We really liked the fact that they "color code" all the mattresses according to the level of firmness....makes the search so much easier. The staff seemed very helpful, honest and fun.
Excellent customer service. Very helpful in our decision and was not pushy at all. I will be purchasing any other matress I need from them!
Great experience. Justin is a solid salesman and knew what he was doing - But he was very helpful in helping us decide what specific mattress we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also helped set us up with financing to make it extremely affordable. We shouldn't need another mattress for a decade, but if we do we'll come back here.
So impressed with the amazing service I received from Zach today while purchasing my new mattress. He was resourceful & very knowledgeable. He answered every question & offered advice, yet never made me feel pressured or obligated to make any decisions. I definitely recommend him & his store. Also not to mention he saved me $612, he was ready to price match & made sure I was satisfied with my new mattress!
Zachary at Richmond Rd Mattress Firm was nice and very not-hovering or up-selling me which I really appreciated! This is what turned me off at other mattress stores in Lex. He found out quickly what type of mattress I was looking for, we narrowed it down to 2 in about 5 minutes, discussed how I sleep, and picked the mattress set for me and under the price I expected to pay plus free delivery, set up, and disposal of my old set!
