The sales representatives here lie and mislead you! Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else. We were told multiple times that we would be able to get a price adjustment on our mattress during the upcoming Labor Day sale, so we went ahead with our purchase. Well, now the sale is here and they are telling me that they must’ve told me wrong!! Nothing they can do about it. Great experience! I came in, explained what I was looking for, and Justin, who helped us, was very helpful in explaining what mattresses might fit what I needed, even letting us know if certain mattresses were in stock at other nearby stores if they didn’t have one on hand.
Taylor at the Lewis Crossing (Conway) location was amazing!!! Very upbeat, Informational and very personable! He greeted us immediately as we walked thru the door. He was very polite, quick to get us help, checked out and loaded up. I've never had such great service, especially for something he probably didn't get commission for.
