Went to this Mattress Firm location to just have a look and ended up leaving with a new mattress and adjustable base. Chris Pitino was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I visited other Mattress Firms in the past and Chris's customer service was years ahead of the other locations. Shipment came on time and they were quick to set up. Highly recommend.
This place was awesome! Anthony gave us so much helpful information and was honest. He was very patient in letting us try multiple mattresses while giving great information on all of them. Very happy with this store, delivery and our purchase!
The worst mattress store in NYC. Spent an hour in the store a month ago figuring out what mattress we wanted and the deal we were going to get - walked in a month later to pull the trigger and they denied ever offering me the original deal. So crooked, horrible service, do not go here.
