My experience at mattress firm was great! My mattress expert was an amazing help and also very personable, which I appreciated.
I walked into Mattress Firm around 10 am not expecting to make a purchase that day—I was mainly checking out a mattress I had seen online and assumed I’d have to wait for shipping. But the associate took the time to show me a few options, including the one I had in mind and others that were even better. He helped me find the perfect setup, including the bed frame, and had everything wrapped up in 20 minutes. Super smooth, no pressure, and way more convenient than I expected. Thanks again!
