Lisa is the absolute best! I ordered online and had a couple of issues come up, neither were faults of Mattress Firm. Lisa took care of both my issues with a smile! She suggested next time I just come directly to the store, and that I will!!! Thanks Lisa!
The store is clean and has a good selection. We came in ready to buy on a Saturday afternoon. The sales associate was alone and helping another customer, but was so incredibly chatty with them that we wandered around unattended for half an hour before giving up and leaving. We tested nearly every bed, made selections on our own, deciding to go with a Beauty rest Black, without ever having a chance to speak with her, ask questions etc. and left to order online as we had no idea how much longer we would have to wait. Patricia was so helpful, educational, and patient with us as we compared a few different mattresses. She was attentive, professional, and also very sweet. She gave us a great deal on what seems like a fine mattress for our needs, and we're looking forward to its delivery this week.
