I soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Jeffrey, the sales representative. He listened to what I felt my needs were and became of his experience and knowledge, helped me choose the best mattress. I have to say this was a really good experience and for a great price including delivery.

My salesperson Kara, was friendly and professional. Incredibly helpful and amazingly patient as I was not sure what I was getting. She was informative and again very patient with me. She even helped me after I got home. I was confused about what I had purchased, and whether or not it was going to work, she addressed all of my concerns.I am credibly happy with my purchase.And with the service.

The salesperson was very nice very personable and had a reasonable knowledge of the product on the floor the bed that I chose was I thought very high quality and was almost $5,000 for the bed in the base. The base developed a very loud noise when the massage Motors were running it was unlivable they went ahead and scheduled somebody to take a look and they apparently went to the wrong City to make up for this mattress firm gave me a $800 upgraded Bass which I thought was incredible for them to do that unfortunately the bed t... read more

Lisa helped me choose a mattress for my needs. She was patient, professional and friendly. She gave me time to try out different mattresses. She did not hesitate to tell me about savings that she could offer on each mattress. After going home to think about my decision, I went back and Patricia did my paperwork and she was also very helpful. I have purchased a mattress in the past from the same store. They provide great service.
