Good management allowed good & quick return and delivery
Brandon was great. We got everything we wanted.
The staff was super friendly and transparent about prices. My 1st visit we spoke with Brandon, we decided to think on it and he is the reason we returned to the store. Kelly was there the second visit and made our purchase easy.
We had an excellent experience with Brandon at Mattress Firm. He was patient, informative, and genuinely interested in finding the right mattress for us. I never felt pressure or obligated to commit to a purchase. He explained all the options clearly, respected my budget, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. I’m thrilled with my purchase. Brandon is a true professional — highly recommend!
I feel the store guys are very misleading. I did purchase from 2nd street store. I bought a twin XL for $750 and asked specifically whats the charge for exchange. I was told $250. When I asked again after having the bed about a month the refund amount was $215. Why would anyone throw away $500+. I did ask about matching online prices and again there's something off. Online you can get a bed with free adjustable base and free shipping. The store charged for both.
