Our experience was good the lady treated us good and help out with picking the right mattress and was very helpful to explain the difference between the mattress and will go back and tell family and friends that we got service at and the price range was good for what we wanted to pay for and I appreciate very much .thank yall at mattress firm.

Five stars for Brandon at Mattress Firm of Lawton. He did an excellent job helping me navigate the options to find the perfect mattress for my apartment. Beyond his great customer service in the store, he went out of his way to personally deliver it to me after his work hours. It’s rare to see someone show that much genuine care for a customer. Highly recommend working with him!

Kelly and Brandon were awesome and very knowledgeable on their products, even when we asked questions about past products they knew exactly what we were talking about. They showed us all the hype on the adjustable frame and wow I see why they’re so sought after! They gave us a great deal on a new, very comfortable mattress and adjustable frame, super excited for it to be delivered.
