What a wonderful experience…. Kelli was absolutely amazing. She spent approximately two hours with us making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She’s well informed on every aspect of what kind of mattress a person wants. Good customer service is basically an endangered species these days, so when you actually find it, you have to tell somebody. Brandon and Kelly at Mattress Firm absolutely KILLED IT. We had just spent three nights at an Airbnb sleeping on a bed so comfortable that we literally came home and decided we needed one. So off to Mattress Firm we went. They were funny I respect there opinions about tacos and burritos
Kelly was so helpful, she explained the different mattresses to us and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed to make a decision. We got a better mattress than what we were looking at and 2 great pillows. Very pleased and glad we went.
