Jonathan was so helpful and so knowledgeable in the mattress that I needed. I walked in with an idea of a medium, springy coil, and under $500. I left with a plush, memory foam, and still under $500 while bringing home the mattress the same day was a plus.
Ty was awesome! He greeted us as we came in and kind of let us look around before asking us questions. He was calm, patient and respectful. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed!
