The salesman was very thorough. He did not guide my sister to any particular bed, but explained the differences in types and benefits of each. After she had tried several and had selected one of the most expensive, but he had her try another, which was significantly less expensive. She liked it better. He helped manage the delivery, which took place as scheduled. They took apart her old sleep number bed and put together her new one in a minimal amount of time. It was a great experience!
They had different kinds and different types of softness. The one person who helped us did a nice job of leading us into the right direction.
Shane and Allan were so helpful, and got us our dream bed! Will definitely return in the future!
