Joanne in the Lake Bluff store was beyond amazing. I spent almost 3 hours shopping for the right mattress to help with my chronic pain, Joanne was extremely kind, did not feel rushed by her and she made sure I had the best deal possible for Mattress Firm Labor Day sale. When my sale was completed she gave me a hug and made me cry of happiness, she made me feel she truly cared about me getting a restful sleep to improve my chronic health problems.
