It has been a while since needing a mattress and had the luck of getting to work with Joanne on picking out a new one. The "technology" has surely changed in the last 12 plus years and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain all of the differences to me. I liked that she gave me options and took time to answer my list of questions, which based on them, believe I picked the perfect mattress and accompanying items. I learned a lot and will definitely be back when I need another mattress!
Wonderful experience with Jean and Joanne helping us find the perfect mattress! They were knowledgeable and so friendly! We found the perfect Beautyrest Black series 3 firm bed and we are so glad we came back again for the best customer experience!
