Two Mattress Firm Techs came to my home yesterday to deliver a mattress and an adjustable bed base. The plan was to bolt the bed base to the headboard and footboard, however, we ran into a bit of an obstacle. We did not have side rails or brackets so they were not able to do that task. Your tech were very helpful in educating me as to what I needed to accomplished what we wanted. They recommended we reach out to our sales representative to purchase brackets. The staff was great, especially Teresa. When we walked in, we were greeted right away. Teresa was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and humerous. She answered all our questions and helped us pick the perfect mattress at a fabulous price. She was wonderful and very helpful. She listens to what you need and then lets you know all your options for what would work best for you. I will do a follow-up on my review after delivery and sleeping on the mattress for a few weeks.
