Purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress in Aug 2023 and was given a 'tour' of the store by sales manager Dennis. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure to buy. He encouraged me to try resting on a variety of mattress and to lay on the bed for 10 minutes to be sure it felt right. Purchase and delivery went smooth and it came with a 4 month trial, so it can be returned if it doesn't work out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.
