I usually hate going into mattress stores, but today, I had a great experience - my sales person, Andy helped me in a very non hard sell way, if that makes any sense. I truly wasn’t planning to buy today but I did because I felt like he understood my needs and found me a great deal.
Sidney was extremely helpful as a first time buyer. He answered all of my questions and offered his honest opinion. He provided me with plenty of guidance in my decision making and was extremely patient!
