Beware of motorized frames. These are not sturdy and will crumple after a couple of months due to the weight of the mattress plus an individual. Update: Thanks for reply Jennifer. No need to call. We were told the frame didn't have a warranty any longer and the motorized frame that came with the mattress was not durable, so we just opted to buy a box spring instead getting another motorized frame.
