Jennifer was professional and courteous. She was patient and asked me questions that would help me decide which mattress bed is better for my needs. I bought the whole bed and frame. I also told her I wanted the headboard which she doesn’t sell and gave me the headboard bracket that she added. I didn’t think I was going to buy a bed today. She made it easy. It was effortless.
From the moment I walked into the store, my son and I were greeted by a pleasant, knowledgeable young woman. She helped us pick out a twin mattress in our price range and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She even provided us information on a higher brand product that I may come back in the near future to purchase. Not one question went unanswered. Very positive experience with her.
