Very pleased with our experience at Mattress Firm Kentlands Square. Our sales associate Chance was well informed and helpful. He made it quick and easy for us to decide on a need
Everything was great , the sales person lenna was great, everything was untill it came time to pay, 3 hours of trying only to find out the payment center was down. I guess that's how it goes sometime,the saving grace was the sales person she is wonderful.
Not only was Michael incredibly friendly, he made sure to explain everything from pricing, to warranty, to payment plans. Me and my girlfriend are looking forward to our new mattress and smart frame.
I dealt with 3 different people over 2 separate days and all were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Truly great customer service without the aggressive pressure I have experienced at other places. They made the sale and I highly recommend them!
