The staff were very helpful.They listened to my needs and found mattresses options that were within my budget. I recommend them highly!
Mattress Firm was paid $4,000 to replace a mattress and remove the existing box spring and mattress. We waited two weeks for delivery. The mattress installers were "unable" to remove the existing box spring, despite the fact that the box spring was installed at the same time that the old mattress was installed, with no issues by the installer of the original mattress/box spring.
