The sore manager, Mr Micheal, is very knowledgeable and competent about the store products.
Michael was personable, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. He gets a five star rating. The only negative issue was a system problem during checkout that required remote help from the company’s IT group. The IT issue although a nuisance, was not enough to reduce the rating based on the excellent service Michael provided. Thank you.
Just had a great experience at this place. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but Michael was super helpful walking me through the process to find the right fit and seemed to sincerely care about getting me the best (quality) option for my needs and budget. Michael and staff were friendly and easygoing and helped make me feel instantly comfortable. The Sleep experts Stacy and Michael at the Kentland Mattress Firm store excellent people skills and are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have excellent quality mattresses and warranty and some good deals. I am a hard sale and ask a lot of questions they made it simple and had all the answers. I can not wait till my bed arrives. Fast delivery too!
