Very cordial and knowledgeable. We received impeccable assistance. Thank you for being the first and only mattress company we visited. Adjustable base was a prerequisite. They had it all with the exception of headboards, so now we are looking for one that matches our furniture’s color/wood which can be mounted onto the back legs with special brackets that our sales person included in the total price. We are happy that the price was very competitive and fit the bill nicely.
