On May 8, 2021 called this location looking a Bunkie board. The gentlemen stated he can have it delivered to my home on 5/10/21. So I placed the order. The delivery team called Sunday, May 9, confirming the delivery time and I made the necessary adjustment to my schedule. They called again on Monday, May 10 stating they would have to reschedule the delivery. I did not like it but things happened. I went into the store with my mind mainly made up. Based on past experiences, I wanted a top of the line innerspring mattress with medium support and I definitely didn't want a memory foam or plush bed. The salesman Walter listened to everything I had to say and asked me to try multiple beds. After trying multiple beds, the most comfortable for me was a plush memory foam. WTH? Walter was both helpful and effecient. We were able to come in test out the mattress we came for and leave with them ( strapped into the back of a hatchback perfectly placed by Walter of course) in less than 45 mins. Thank you Walter!
