Went to Mattress firm two different days while deciding on a mattress. Both people working there were personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly wanted to find us a mattress that felt good for us, not just upsell.

These guys are very nice people. BUT, my husband and I bought two mattresses with a shared bed frame. Same mattresses except mine has an extra layer of softness on top. For some reason after only 1 year my husband's mattress has a big dip in the middle of it. Tried flipping it over and same thing. Of course, this happened 1 month after our "warranty" period. How convenient. Like I said the people that helped us were very nice. I'm just very disappointed that a $1,000 mattress is already out of shape after just 1 year.
