I bought a mattress during the Memorial Day sale. Dylan was a phenomenal sales person. He had great expertise. He gave us privacy when looking but was also attentive when we needed his help. He educated us on the benefits and limitations of multiple mattresses and did not pressure us on anything. He was kind and patient as we tried literally every mattress in the store. Highly recommend working with him!!!!!! I have already recommended him to a family member looking to buy a mattress.
The manager will be losing his job after how he just treated my wife over their store employees not being on the same page about a return. Aggressively chasing a woman through the parking lot until he saw me sitting in the truck. Running like a coward after taking picture of our plate and hiding around the corner so I couldn't get a picture of him. I DONT CARE WHAT PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS SAY, CORPORATE WILL BE DEALING WITH THIS. Dylan was excellent helping my wife and I find a mattress! On top of him being incredibly personable and friendly, we appreciated that he was up front in showing us a selection of mattresses at a variety of price points, and he helped us find the best deal available.
