Could not have asked for a better customer experience. Dylan was EXACTLY the type of sales person I wish all retail businesses had. He was patient and didn’t pressure us or push an upsell but at the same time gave us all the knowledge about the different levels of comfort and costs associated so we could make an informed decision as we tried different brands and firmness types of mattresses. 2 for 2 now in our experiences with Mattress Firm. Thank you again to Dylan we can’t wait to receive our new mattress now!!
Amazing experience! Dylan and Chris were great - respected my budget, explained the pros and cons of several options, and didn’t try to get me to buy anything I didn’t want! I was in and out within 20 minutes - happy to be leaving with an affordable quality mattress. Overall very pleasant interaction. I would recommend this to any students/family/friends.
