Jalon (sorry I'm sure I'm doing his name spelling an injustice) was amazing! I didn't even go there for a mattress and still walked out with one, with no pressure either.
Our salesman was named Jakob. He was most helpful but not pushy at all. He showed us a variety of mattresses and let us try all of them multiple times. We like that if the mattress we chose is the wrong choice we can return it for another. The only thing I still need to ask is…what happens to the returned mattresses? We wouldn’t want to buy a used one !
Floyd the sales rep was excellent and very knowledgable.. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress or just starting out.
