In store, Scott was amazing. I never felt pressure to make any decisions. He just knew so much and allowed me to learn about different aspects of mattresses that I didn’t know before. Then my delivery team was even a few minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time! It took maybe 5 minutes for them to bring my mattress upstairs, move my old one, put down the new one, and then take my old one out. So impressed!

Wasn't very welcoming. Literally had to ask Gilbert if he was going to ask if I needed assistance. I paid in FULL and did not finance last I recall from previous purchases they gave perks. All good. I needed them ASAPfor my kiddos but for my King bed I will go somewhere else.
