When we got there the salesman welcomed us and said to look around and he would be with us shortly, as there was a couple already there. When he finished up with them we told him how much we had to spend, and he showed us our choices and it just happened that the 1 we wanted was not in stock there, but their warehouse had some, so off we go to get our new mattress from the warehouse and the people there were really nice also. Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to others!
We needed a mattress and frame quickly for our guest room, and Gilbert helped us out. He had some things in stock that we could take same day. Gilbert made the transaction easy and we loved his chill personality.
The guy was as nice as a guy could be while selling "stupid expensive" mattresses and pillows and stuff. One pillow is like $150 LITERALLY!!! I mean, it's slap-you-in-the-face expensive. We tried to get two mattresses on the cheaper end, and weren't even going to try to shop for frames or box springs. It was still 5 grand. The company gets 1 star. The employee gets 5. Therefore this rating is a 3.
Great customer service. Happy to help to answered all of our questions. No pressure at all.
