Process was quick and easy. Scott (iirc) was great, knowledgeable, and helped my partner and I find a matress that fit our needs and even checked that it would work with our bedframe without complications.
The salesman is nice and kind. But the mattress was TERRIBLE. Sealy Skye has caused me so much back pain. I wake up several times a night tossing and turning. It was recommended that I choose a medium hybrid for support and adjustable base compatibility. It is Worst mattress I ever slept on. Now with a $250 restock fee to return it, it’s unfortunate. I paid $659 total and still don’t have a decent night’s sleep.
Tons of help from the store manager Scott. Super kind, plenty of patience, and empathy. Made the shopping process smooth and professional. Redeemed a warranty and went in to get the frisco 2.0, but there was a stop order on it. He tried to contact upper management to see if he could work around it to still get us the bed. Once it turned out they were unable to, he provided us quality options based on our weight, sleeping habits, and previous mattress experience.
